Shipping Locations
Koda & Co. Healthy Pets currently ships to customers within the United States. International shipping is limited, with more availability in the future for select products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and private-label suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier.
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Specialty or Custom Products: 7–21 business days
- Pre-Orders or Backordered Items: Delivery estimates will be shown on the product page.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment location.
Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Orders returned by the carrier may require reshipment fees.
- Koda & Co. Healthy Pets is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of any damage.
- We will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or other events beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
Multiple Shipments
Products may ship from different suppliers or warehouse locations and may arrive separately.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused without authorization, there will be NO REFUND!
